St. Louis, MO [Aug. 25, 2017] – The Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) Foundation has awarded a $3,000 grant to Wyman to support its programs. Through its global grants programs, the MDRT Foundation is committed to building stronger families and communities around the globe. This year, the MDRT Foundation will award over $1 million in MDRT member-endorsed grants to more than 200 charitable organizations worldwide. Through this grant, MDRT supports Wyman’s strategic growth to increase its long-term capacity five-fold, offering teen leadership and development programming to more teens in the region.

MDRT Supports Wyman’s Youth Development Solutions:
- The Teen Outreach Program® (TOP®): Nationally and locally empowers teens from 6th through 12th grade with the tools and opportunities needed to build a foundation of healthy behaviors, life skills and a sense of purpose, and avoid risky behaviors that derail success. Caring and highly trained adult facilitators guide students through a unique combination of engaging curriculum and experiential community service learning opportunities that help teens build strengths and hone skills.
- The Teen Leadership Program (TLP): Locally boosts teens’ college tenacity through an immersive, 6-year leadership program beginning the summer before 9th grade. Teens participate in college tours, more than 40 hours of community service annually, and work with coaches to apply for college and secure financial aid.
- InspireSTL: Locally provides high-potential scholars from the City of St. Louis with rigorous academic preparation to help them emerge as next-generation leaders. The program begins the summer after seventh grade, lasts through college, and includes securing financial aid, tutoring, coaching, ACT prep, and providing financial resources to fill gaps.
