Available Positions

Join our team! The Camp Wyman Experiences (CWE) Team Member is a part-time seasonal member of the Camp Wyman Experiences Team who ensures that guests and spaces are cared for properly. Team Members play a key role in supporting Wyman’s mission by creating a welcoming and well-maintained environment for all guests.

The duties may include overseeing site management by monitoring a group, addressing their requests, and ensuring their needs are met. This also includes kitchen responsibilities, such as preparing and cooking nutritious meals for various groups and ensuring compliance with health regulations and food service standards. Additionally, housekeeping duties across the campus are required, including cleaning buildings, organizing laundry, and performing routine maintenance. Overall, the duties combine site management, kitchen operations, and facilities upkeep to maintain high standards across the entire campus.

Hours can typically be up to 30 per week during the summer and fall, with varying hours for winter and spring.

The Chief Finance and Administration Officer brings strategic leadership, sound fiscal stewardship, and collaborative guidance to support Wyman’s mission, growth, and long-term financial and administrative health.

This executive leader partners with the CEO, Senior Management Team, Board of Trustees, and Finance Committee to strengthen financial systems, reporting, controls, and planning practices that support informed decisions and mission-centered impact, while contributing to long-term strategy.

Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; or a combination of education, professional learning, and executive-level experience. Additionally, 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in relevant fields demonstrating the judgment and perspective necessary for executive-level financial leadership and 5+ years of leading, supervising, and developing teams in ways that promote accountability, trust, collaboration, and growth are required. Preferred candidate qualifications will include those with GAAP accounting experience with not-for-profit organizations, MBA and/or CPA certifications, and strong acumen for financial forecasting, grant accounting, and nonprofit compliance.
