At Wyman, we believe all young people deserve to thrive and to make sure that we are helping them on their journey, five important values guide our work every day. One of those values is Results.
We exist to produce meaningful and lasting results. Our programs blend a youth-centered approach with evidence-based practices to create and deliver experiences that help each teen develop academic, life, and leadership skills – and define and achieve personal success. Our 2023 outcomes show that Wyman’s programs and supports are impactful to youth well-being, skill-building, and educational success.
- 100% of the Wyman Leaders Class of 2023 graduated from high school on time and 87% enrolled in a postsecondary education program in the fall of 2023.
- 74% of Wyman teens reported moderate to high levels of social-emotional skills.
