We work every day to empower teens so they can lead successful lives and build strong communities. An important piece of making sure we are doing this work well is our commitment to learning and adapting.
This commitment is demonstrated in many ways throughout Wyman, but in particular through our Research and Learning team. Research and Learning at Wyman involves:
- Measuring outcomes and using the results for quality improvement;
- Designing, developing, and evaluating innovations; and
- Accelerating learning through local and national knowledge exchanges.
