Wyman Values Spotlight: Learning

At Wyman, we believe all young people deserve to thrive and to make sure that we are helping them on their journey, five important values guide our work every day. One of those values is Learning.

We work every day to support teens so they can lead successful lives and build strong communities. An important piece of making sure we are doing this work well is our commitment to learning and adapting.

This commitment is demonstrated in many ways throughout Wyman, but in particular through our Research and Learning team. Research and Learning at Wyman involves:

• Measuring outcomes and using the results for quality improvement;
• Designing, developing, and evaluating innovations; and
• Accelerating learning through local and national knowledge exchanges.
