Eligibility

  • Must be a graduate of a Wyman program (e.g., Wyman Leaders, Teen Outreach Program, or Teen Connection Project).
  • Must be at least one year removed from program participation.

Selection Criteria

1. Leadership & Growth

    • Demonstrates personal, educational, or professional achievements that reflect growth since their time at Wyman.
    • Serves as an example of perseverance and positive leadership.

2. Commitment to Connection

    • Builds strong, positive relationships with others and uses those connections to create opportunities and support for their community.
    • Demonstrates ongoing connection to Wyman by engaging with fellow alumni, supporting current participants, or amplifying youth voice.

3. Community Engagement & Impact

    • Actively contributes to their community through volunteerism, service, or advocacy.
    • Creates ripple effects of change by lifting others up and strengthening networks of support.

Nomination Process

  • Nominations may be submitted by peers, mentors, or Wyman staff.
