Make a bigger difference for Missouri teens at a lower cost to you with Youth Opportunity Program (YOP) Tax Credits

Wyman has been awarded a limited allocation of Missouri Youth Opportunity Program (YOP) tax credits to support the Teen Outreach Program (TOP), an evidence-based program that helps young people build life skills, strengthen relationships, and avoid risky behaviors.

By making a qualifying donation, you not only save money on your taxes, but you are helping Wyman connect teens to their voices, their strengths, and their futures through proven programs and supports.

Why make a YOP gift?

A qualifying gift to Wyman may provide:

  • A 70% Missouri state tax credit on your donation*
  • A federal charitable income tax deduction if you itemize*
  • The opportunity to redirect tax dollars to help local young people thrive
  • Support for a nationally recognized, evidence-based youth development program

Who qualifies?

Qualified YOP donors include:

  • Individuals
  • Businesses

Individuals and businesses with Missouri tax liability may be eligible to receive YOP tax credits if:

  • Donor is increasing their annual gift to Wyman or donating to Wyman for the first time
  • Donation amount is generally $2,500 or more
  • Donation is made via check, credit card, or stocks.

Tax credits are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
