RSVP for Connections & Conversation with Wyman Alumni
Chris Dailey is from St. Louis, Missouri and is an Alumni and past Group Leader, known as Skywalker, of the Wyman Teen Leadership Program. He is currently a Student Doctor of Chiropractic at Logan University in Chesterfield, MO. He is also expected to graduate in the Spring of 2025 with his Doctorate of Chiropractic, and this September will start the VA St. Louis Chiropractic Clerkship.
As a scholar and leader, he studies to be well versed in his craft in neuromusculoskeletal conditions and being evidence-informed with chiropractic care in an integrated health care setting. Chris is currently serving at Affinia Healthcare here in St. Louis, MO. In addition, he is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and is a student leader at Logan University.
Chris loves serving and volunteering in our community, music, yoga, reading, watching tv, painting and having fun during his free time.
Jalen Mathis, camp name Coop, is a Wyman Leaders alum, former Camp Counselor, and founding member of Wyman’s Youth Leadership Council. Jalen graduated from Morehouse College in 2022 with a degree in Business Finance.
Jalen is an entrepreneur who runs his own fragrance company and is an Affordability Financial Analyst for Boeing in Dallas, TX. In his spare time, Jalen loves to DJ, watch sports, and practice yoga.
Kyah Donald is a 2018 graduate of Wyman’s Teen Leadership Program, which she began in 2012 as a middle schooler at the School District of University City. Kyah earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management Information Systems from the Missouri University of Science & Technology. She graduated with honors and multiple minors.
During her college career, Kyah was involved with several organizations. She and her roommate started the Black Gems, a campus-wide organization for Black women in STEM. Kyah also served as a board member of the National Society of Black Engineers. Additionally, Kyah served as a Youth Facilitator for Aspen Young Leaders Fellowship for 3 consecutive years. This Fellowship is deeply rooted within communities and develops young emerging leaders across the United States. During those 3 years, Kyah co-led two St. Louis cohorts, launched Miami’s inaugural cohort, spoke on donor panels, and was recognized with the 2024 Impact Award for her profound impact on the AYLF Ecosystem.
Kyah strives to be a role model and mentor to youth and continues to foster her desire to gain the knowledge to become a focused leader. Her goal of effective leadership will not only break the systemic cycle of poverty in her community, but will also have a lasting community impact.
