Position Opening: Program Manager, TOP (Teen Outreach Program)

Location: This position will work within Brittany Woods Middle School in the University City School District 

The TOP Program Manager is responsible for the effective coordination and implementation of the Teen Outreach Program® at Brittany Woods Middle School.   The Program Manager designs and manages the program consistent with the best practice “Wyman Teen Outreach Program®” approach; supervises TOP Specialists at the Brittany Woods site, directly implements the program to assigned students; manages effective integration of the program into the partner site; coordinates quality integration of community service learning opportunities; is responsible for the development of budget and maintaining costs within the approved site budget(s); and coordinates the evaluation and continual quality improvement of the program.  The Program Manager is part of Wyman’s larger Teen Outreach Program® leadership team.  Additionally, this position supports the agency’s overall quality initiatives in other program areas including, but not limited, to Wyman’s National Network.

Qualified individuals will have a Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, social work, or a related field. A Master’s in social work is preferred. Supervisory experience and 2-4 years of youth program delivery within a school setting is preferred (minimum of 1 year required).
