Position Opening: High School Transition Manager

Note: This position currently works remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In-person, socially-distanced program delivery will be required during Summer 2021 within public health guidelines. Summer 2021 will consist of day programming only, but in future summers this position will manage a residential month-long experience and will be required to reside onsite at Wyman’s Eureka campus for the duration of the summer program.

High School Transition Manager

The HST Manager is a member of the Wyman Leaders Program team and is responsible for coordinating and managing high school programming including coaching, school-year events, providing resources, and academic tools and supports. The High School Transition Manager is also responsible for coordinating year-round activities with fellow Program Managers in order to create a seamless multi-year program for participating teens. The HST Manager will also supervise high school success coaches, maximizing their individual strengths and assets, with explicit professional development priorities.

Qualified individuals will have at minimum a Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, psychology, or a related field, as well as 2-4 years of supervisory experience and 2-4 years of experience in program design/delivery and youth work experience.
