Wyman is seeking a PM lead cook and food service support workers for 2020 Spring, Summer, and Fall programming! Evening and weekend availability is required.

PM Lead Cook:
Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the Lead Cook directs and participates in food preparation, following standard recipes and special diet orders. This role plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that quality, temperature, and food appearance are preserved. This position prepares and cooks quality nutritious, balanced meals for summer camp programs, school camp groups, hospitality groups, advancement events, and staff as needed. This includes ensuring compliance with St. Louis County Health regulations and the Council on Accreditation (COA) standards as they relate to food service. This position is seasonal and works Spring, Summer, and Fall, with periodic shifts during the Winter season. Food Service Support: 
The Food Service Support position is a seasonal member of the Food Services team. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall this position works with other kitchen staff to prepare food, clean kitchen and dining facilities after groups/events, and serve food and drinks for periodic events.
