Join our team! Wyman is seeking an Associate Director of Annual Fund and Events to build, strengthen, and manage Wyman’s annual fund and donor engagement events. This position will work closely with the Donor Engagement & Communications team to advance a culture of philanthropy that is centered on organizations values and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Associate Director manages the Annual Fund and Events Associate and develops strategy/budget/goals along with the SVP of Donor Engagement. Qualified candidates will have at least 2-4 years of fundraising, sales, or business development experience and 3 months-1 year minimum of supervisory experience.
