AmeriCorps VISTA Service Opportunity with Wyman

Wyman is seeking a committed, mission-oriented individual to build organizational capacity through the AmeriCorps VISTA program in support of long-term impact for young people in our region. We are currently recruiting for a May 10 or June 7, 2021 start date.

  • National Network VISTA– The National Network Partner & Training Development VISTA member will build the capacity of Wyman’s National Network,  which serves a network of agencies providing services to high need communities, by assisting, tracking, and summarizing administrative support for pilot(s) of state-wide systems trainings. This work will include developing management standards for systems trainings and developing new marketing materials that capture program & training implementation summaries and results. As a result of the VISTA member’s service, they will help Wyman better understand the logistical and administrative efforts in offering future state-wide systems trainings. They will also develop program support materials thus enabling Wyman’s National Network to better address requests for organization’s interested in exploring utilizing Wyman programs and/or trainings in their own communities of need. Through this enhanced reach, more young people will be supported in Wyman’s programs and will be better equipped to break the cycle of poverty.
