Leadership and Exploration Teen Support:
This position is open to applicants seeking seasonal employment and/or a Master of Social Work (MSW) summer practicum. Teen Supports are seasonal, supervisory members of the TLP team. They are responsible for proactively establishing strong, positive relationships with the teens in their assigned Leadership Class, as well as serving as a resource for other seasonal program staff. This is a residential position, requiring full-time residence at Wyman’s 285+ acre campus in Eureka, MO, from mid May to late July. Free room and board are provided.

Leadership and Exploration Team Leader:
This position is open to applicants seeking seasonal employment and/or a Master of Social Work (MSW) summer practicum. Team Leaders are seasonal supervisory members of the TLP team. They provide direct supervision of seasonal TLP staff and are responsible for the logistics and oversight of summer programs and activities for their Leadership Class. This is a residential position, requiring full-time residence at Wyman’s 285+ acre campus in Eureka, MO, from mid May to late July. Free room and board are provided.

he Program Assistant is a seasonal, supervisory member of the TLP team. During the summer semester, the Program Assistant is responsible for supporting the operations of the residential summer camp experience. This is a residential position during the summer only, requiring full-time residence at Wyman’s 285+ acre campus in Eureka, MO, from mid May to late July. Free room and board are provided during this time.

Leadership and Exploration Group Leader:
 Leadership & Exploration Group Leaders are seasonal members of the TLP team. They live in cabins with 5-9 teens and are responsible for the daily supervision and support of teens. Group Leaders are responsible for the creation and facilitation of programs and activities throughout the summer. This is a residential position, requiring full-time residence at Wyman’s 285+ acre campus in Eureka, MO, from late May to late July. Free room and board are provided.

Leadership and Exploration Trek Team Leader:
Trek Team Leaders are seasonal supervisory members of TLP. They are responsible for the logistics, facilitation and supervision of all camping trips (“treks”), trek prep sessions, and trek staff for their assigned Leadership Class. This is a residential position, requiring full-time residence at Wyman’s camp facilities in Eureka, MO, from late May to late July. Free room and board are provided.

Leadership and Exploration Trek Instructor:
Trek Instructors are seasonal members of TLP. Trek Instructors are trained to lead 4-9 day camping trips (“treks”), trek prep sessions and adventure activities such as hiking and canoeing. Trek Instructors live in cabins with 5-9 teens and 1-2 Group Leaders and are responsible for the daily supervision and support of teens. This is a residential position, requiring full-time residence at Wyman’s 285+ acre campus in Eureka, MO, from late May to late July. Free room and board are provided.

College and Career Readiness Group Leader:
The College and Career Readiness Group Leaders will lead programming for the third and fourth year teens in TLP.

College and Career Readiness Team Leader:
The Team Leader position is a seasonal, supervisory member of TLP. The Team Leader is responsible for the direct supervision of seasonal program staff and will work with the LC3&4 Program Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the College and Career Readiness summer experiences. In this role, the Team Leader will take a leadership role in the planning and delivery of these experiences.
