Wyman Center is seeking a highly successful fundraising professional, with strong track record of senior leadership and partnership for the position of Senior Vice President of Advancement (SVPA). As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, this individual will partner with the President/CEO and peers in pursuit of the agency’s strategic vision and nurturing our organizational climate and culture. The SVPA will design and execute Wyman’s comprehensive contributed revenue strategy, inclusive of all annual funds, major gifts, deferred/planned giving, events, corporate support, grants, and future growth/capital campaigns. The SVPA will collaborate with the board, President/CEO, and senior staff to build a culture of philanthropy that aligns the needs and priorities of the organization with those of donors to ensure each investment is meaningful and fulfilling.
