James L. Butler, MSFS, CFP, of St. Louis, secured a $3,000 grant from the MDRT Foundation on behalf of Wyman Center, to support Wyman’s Teen Leadership and Teen Outreach Programs in St. Louis. MDRT’s support will create a “pathway to success” by giving teens a blueprint to make the right choices during a crucial time when their actions can impact the rest of their lives.
Butler, a 21-year MDRT member, has supported Wyman through his own personal philanthropy and volunteer commitments for nearly 25 years, including several turns as chair of the Annual Wyman Golf Tournament. We are humbled by his unwavering commitment to St. Louis teens.
The MDRT Foundation was created in 1959 to provide MDRT members with a means to give back to their communities. Since its inception, the Foundation has donated more than $28 million in more than 70 countries throughout the world and in all 50 U.S. states. The majority of these funds were raised by MDRT members from MDRT members.
The MDRT Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the Million Dollar Round Table, The Premier Association of Financial Professionals®. MDRT is an international, independent association of nearly 3,600 of the world’s best life insurance and financial services professionals from more than 79 countries. MDRT members demonstrate exceptional product knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. MDRT membership is recognized internationally as the standard of sales excellence in the life insurance and financial services business.
